I wanted to share a little something from Keystone, the new journal I’ve recently self-published. It’s available on Amazon now!
One of the things I’m most proud of is how I’ve weaved insights, lessons, and ideas for mind-body reconnection through the journal entries I wrote. Since I wrote all my entries in my own notebook, I had to audio record them from speech to text. It occurred to me that perhaps it would be helpful to share an audio recording with all of you, so here’s one. And it’s one of my favourite pieces I wrote.
